Hello Pearl, my name is *****. I have an eight-year-old female Pugalier who does not produce tears, a condition I think is called KCS (Keratoconjunctivitis sicca). She was diagnosed about four years ago. She is not taking any oral medications but is administered Tricentennial and Optimmune ointment and liquid tears. I am confused about the order in which to apply these ointments. Can you provide guidance?
