My 10-month-old puppy, Sadie, woke up constipated, vomiting, and shaking when she breathes. She vomited once, and it was like drool without food. She had a small bowel movement with some chips in it, but has tried to poop several times since with no results. She also vomited again, this time yellow and foamy.
