My 2-year-old Beagle is constantly scratching and rubbing her bottom on the floor. She has a rash on her belly and chest, small bumps on her stomach, legs, and face, and her face is slightly swollen. I gave her 25 mg of Benadryl at 8 pm but she hasn't relaxed. She seems to have diarrhea now. What should I do?

I have a golden retriever named Honey, less than a year old, vaccinated, and she has had on and off diarrhea with varying stool consistency. Recently, she has started panting more than usual, especially indoors where it's not hot. She is eating, drinking, playing, and acting normally, but the increased panting is concerning. What could be causing the panting, and should I be worried about her intermittent diarrhea?
