My 2-year-old boxer, Bear, has had red bumps on his skin, mainly on his sides, back legs, and chest, for about 4 months. The bumps vary in size and are bright red, with some under his skin causing hair to stand up. They don't itch him, and he's on heartworm prevention and Benadryl as needed. The bumps went away partially but returned. What could these bumps be, and what should I do about them?

My 7-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, Kato, has been vomiting and yelping in pain intermittently for the past two days. He has a history of occasional yelping and vomiting, and recently had ear problems treated with drops and steroids. He had vaccines a couple of months ago and seemed healthy then. He is still eating, drinking, and eliminating normally, but I'm concerned about his symptoms. What should I do to help him until I can take him to the vet tomorrow?
