Hello, I accidentally gave my 90 lb German shepherd 2 doses of ketoconazole, 800mg each, when his normal dose is 400mg. He took the first dose about 45 minutes to an hour ago and the second dose about 10 minutes ago. What should I do?

She vomited in the car today, likely due to car sickness. What can I give her to help with constipation, and should I take her to an emergency vet?
