I have been giving him Co-Trimoxazole, Amoxicillin, and Clavulanic Acid, but his condition has worsened. What should I do?

My beagle, Pixie, has been experiencing diarrhea. We're unsure if it's due to her possibly eating a pomegranate from the tree or some cypress tree. Pixie is about 30lbs and a year old. She has had brown liquid with grass, which we're not sure if it's vomit or diarrhea. She is still active and roaming around. Should we be concerned about the pomegranate or cypress tree ingestion?
