My 3.5-year-old dachshund, Annie, has had a rash for a month that has progressively worsened, causing hair loss under her arms and buttocks due to scratching. Today, her eyes are red around the outside and her face seems to be swelling, particularly on the right side. One of my two 10-pound Chihuahuas drank some of my coffee with oat milk in it. The coffee cup was half full with a half-and-half mix of coffee and oat milk, so about 1/4 cup of coffee was ingested. The cup was left out since 5 AM, and it's currently 1:50 in the afternoon. The dogs have shown no signs of vomiting, diarrhea, or restlessness. What should I do, and is there any cause for concern?
