My dog, Bella Rhina, born on 12/5/2011, has little red spots like blood on the nipple of her teat. She is spayed, has had all her teeth removed except the canines, is allergic to fleas and has skin allergies. She also started licking her paws when I changed her diet to one without by-products and freeze-dried food. What could be causing these spots and should I be concerned?

My dog, Beaux, is shaking a lot. Earlier he threw up and was panting a lot but those symptoms have subsided. Now he is just shaking slightly while laying with me.
