My Pom is peeing blood. When did you notice there was blood in the Pom's urine? Has there been an unusual smell too? Does the Pom seem more tired than usual? What's the Pom's name and age? Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you?

My 7-year-old Chesapeake Bay Retriever has clammy and scaly skin inside his legs and belly, and he licks at it frequently. He also has inflamed nipples in the area. He has had scaly rashes before, mostly under his coat, which were treated with antifungals and antibiotics. This current issue is different. He hasn't been exposed to anything new. What could be causing this and what can I do to help him?
