My 3-year-old female pitbull mix, Harley, has been experiencing non-stop diarrhea and vomiting, leading to an ultrasound that showed gastric thickening, mild pancreatitis, and mesenteric lymphadenopathy. She was prescribed ondansetron, metronidazole, and Prilosec, and is on a bland diet of lean ground lamb and white rice porridge. Her vomiting and diarrhea have stopped, but she is now experiencing frequent urination and dribbling, and is not drinking from her water bowl. Additionally, she is due for Bravecto for flea/tick prevention. What could be causing her frequent urination and dribbling, and should I hold off on giving her Bravecto?
