My 3-year-old mixed breed dog, Roux, frequently makes loud stomach noises similar to those of extreme hunger or impending diarrhea, but she isn't interested in food and hasn't had a bowel movement despite several trips outside. She has plenty of energy and will eat regularly, but the noises are concerning. She is currently on a Blue Buffalo Basics fish-based diet and often tries to eat grass when her stomach is making these noises. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Jackson, has been excessively chewing at his rear end for several days and it seems to be getting worse. His rectum is dark brown, and his skin is very red on each leg all the way to his anus. I had his glands cleaned out at the vet last week, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Oli, a 7-8 year old 81-pound brown lab, suddenly started swallowing, drooling a lot, and looking noticeably uncomfortable. He had a bowl of dog food around 3pm and a cracker later, but hasn't vomited. He takes Rimadyl for pain. What could be causing his discomfort and what should I do?

My dachshund, Gunner, has been experiencing stomach pain off and on for the past few days. He suddenly starts crying and stretching, then shivers for a while. Last week, he threw up his dog food a few times but hasn't since then. He is still eating. What can I do for him?

My 12-year-old female Labrador named Rocket has a noticeable swelling around her rear ankle/Achilles. She walks on her tiptoes and favors the leg but shows no signs of pain and wants to run. The vet did not recommend surgery and advised to keep her sedentary. Can I wrap or use a brace to support her leg, and should I continue to restrict her from running, especially since we live in mountainous terrain with uneven and rocky surfaces?

My 8-month-old Boxer, Bingo, goes for my 5-year-old’s hands and feet with his mouth when he wants her to play. He doesn’t realize his size and she gets knocked down and starts crying. We have gone to dog training and he’s generally a good dog, but this is the only issue we have. It’s like play biting for attention and maybe a bit of oral fixation. Any ideas what we can do?
