My 4-month-old German Shepherd puppy, Josie, has vomited three times in the last 18 hours. She won't drink and vomited again after being offered rice. The vomit contains undigested food and pieces of a rubber squeaky toy she chewed up three days ago. She had recent vaccinations on December 22 and a de-wormer pill on December 26. Josie is less active than usual, has soft stools but not liquid, and weighs 41 lbs. What should I do?
