Our 80lb Bernedoodle named Anna, who is 11 months old, knocked over a Cosequin joint health bottle and ate an unknown quantity of the tablets between 1pm and 5pm. The bottle originally held 250 tablets, and there are currently 42 left. We estimate she ate around 50 tablets. How dangerous could this be, and what should we do?

I gave my 70-pound dog tramadol 50 mg and zofran 8 mg for hiccups and occasional panic, leading to wanting to go outside and eat grass every 10 minutes.
