My 13-pound dog, Storm, ate a Canasa suppository. What should I do?

I have a 12-year-old Lhasa who has been on antibiotics for heartworm treatment for about 2 weeks. She recently stopped eating her new food, hasn't eaten in 3-4 days, is shaking, and has labored breathing. I'm unsure if this is due to being sick, a reaction to the antibiotics, not liking the new food, or an empty stomach reaction to the antibiotics. She ate a little canned chicken but refused the rest. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, Kimi, a 3-year-old Labradoodle weighing 25 kg, ate a used blackhead pore strip from a product called 'Life Ming Yuan' about 30-40 minutes ago. The strip was used Sunday night and I have washed out her mouth as best as possible. Kimi also has an ear infection. What should I do?

My eight-year-old Maltese had right stifle ACL surgery today. We brought him home around 6 PM tonight, but he has not urinated yet. He is very groggy and cannot stand on his untreated leg. We have tried to hold him for extended periods to see if he will urinate, but he has not passed urine. Is this normal or should we be concerned?
