I have a 5 lb Chihuahua who drank an unknown amount of milk chocolate cocoa mixed with vanilla almond milk and marshmallows. It's been at least 10 minutes since she drank it, and her tummy is making a slight gurgling sound. Should I make her throw up by giving her peroxide?

My 9-week-old German Shepherd puppy, Apollo, has been vomiting clear liquid with a light brown tint, which is slightly foamy but contains no food. He has vomited about 4 times in the last 3 hours. He has been eating leaves, dirt, and grass, and possibly his poop recently. His stool has been consistently firm and regular. What could be causing this and what should I do?
