My 4-year-old pitbull mix, Zeke, started limping severely on his front left leg 4 days ago. There's significant swelling around his elbow and paw, and he's in pain. X-rays initially showed no fractures, but the swelling has spread and is concerning. Could this be a possible infection or is it related to his chronic arthritis? He's also not eating much but is drinking water.

My dog overdosed on l-theanine. She ate over 16 chews, each containing 10.56 mg of l-theanine, and is displaying unusual behavior such as a tick-like motion trying to catch a fly in the air. What should I do?

My 13 lb female dog has been able to urinate only a couple of drops recently. She is lively, not feverish, eating and active. Five days ago, her leash got stuck in the car door and she was pulled down hard onto the back seat. She was alarmed and hurt a bit but I have not noticed anything else until today. She tried to urinate more frequently than usual but only had a couple of drops. What could be the issue?

My 5-year-old Malamute, Pepe, is hyper, breathing fast, drooling more than usual, unsteady/unbalanced, especially noticeable when he stops pacing, and seems to be having random muscle spasms. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My dog was running to fetch a ball when she yelped and stopped in her tracks. She is showing signs of distress such as slinking, not settling, panting, and shaking. Her belly is tight to the touch but not hot. We are in Colorado, and the temperature is about 6 degrees. What should I do, and is it okay to wait about an hour before seeking veterinary care?
