My 7-year-old Labrador, Billy, has been in pain all night, whimpering, vomiting twice yesterday (first with food, second liquid), and is very lethargic. He has hip displacia, is on previcox, and received a cartrophen injection a month ago. What could be causing his symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, Kratoes, has a hematoma in his ear and is in great pain. He is currently not being seen by his regular vet until Friday. He was taking Apoquel antibiotic and Benadryl, but neither helped. His ear has been like this for at least 4 months but got significantly worse yesterday. What should I do to help him, and where can I find an emergency vet to see him today?

When can I stop worrying about the chocolate toxicity in my dog? I found evidence that my dog ate chocolate over 12 hours ago, but he hasn't exhibited any abnormal symptoms other than being slightly more hyper than usual.
