My dog, Luna, ingested a used tampon about 2 hours ago. She is acting normal but has not vomited yet. We do not live close to an urgent care and do not have immediate access to a car. Is there a way to induce vomiting at home, and what should I expect if I do?

I am taking care of my daughter's dog, Bezi, who is 5 years old. He was attacked by another dog and had surgery to repair a ripped skin on his thigh and has several puncture wounds. He is currently wearing a cone and taking 100 mg Trazadone 2x per day, 500 mg Carprofen 2x per day, and 375 mg Amoxicillin Clavulanate 2x per day. After 3 days, he has started shaking his head violently. I'm unsure if this is due to the cone or the medication. What should I do?
