My 5-month-old puppy, Ollie, has had diarrhea since yesterday around 5pm. He has had 4-5 episodes, the last one being very watery. He has been fed a diet of white rice, chicken broth, pumpkin puree, chicken breast, and plain yogurt. He also had a few slices of frozen banana as a treat. He seems low energy and not drinking water. Should I fast him, and is it necessary to take him to the emergency room?

My senior Yorkshire Terrier, Ryley, has 'elephant skin' and has developed ulcer-like sores on his legs, paws, and face, including one that has eaten through his lip. Despite treating the sores with neosporin and an antibacterial spray, new sores keep appearing. Ryley is on a diet of Fresh Pet wet and Wellness dry food, takes glucosamine, Apoquel, half a baby aspirin, and half a Benadryl daily. What additional treatments can be tried to manage these sores and prevent new ones from appearing?
