My dog ate one grape. How much does the dog weigh, when did this happen, and has the dog thrown up since then? What's the dog's name and age? Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you?

My dog ate a grape. I gave her hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting, but she hasn't thrown up. The dog weighs 23 pounds and is 6 months old. She is in normal health, recently spayed, had surgery to open her nasal passages two weeks ago, and is currently undergoing deworming treatment. Should I be concerned about her not throwing up the hydrogen peroxide? Is it likely she will have diarrhea or other side effects aside from the risk of kidney issues?
