My 13-year-old dog, Oreo, has been wheezing and gagging for the past few weeks. We tried theophylline but it's not helping much. We are now trying to change his diet. The vet suggested heart medication, but Oreo is not showing any other symptoms. He had an extensive workup in July that showed normal results, including chest, hip, and brain checks. He also had normal urine and stool samples recently. Oreo has a history of idiopathic ventricular disease and anxiety, for which he is taking clomicalm and elavil. What could be causing his symptoms, and what steps can we take to manage them without needing to sedate him for a vet visit?

We have not used flea preventative since winter started. Our other 4-year-old Bouvier does not have any symptoms. What could be causing the rash, and what can we do to help Nelson?

My bulldog's dewclaw has ripped off the first layer, but the second layer is still attached. It bled a lot the first day and now, 4 days later, it still bleeds slightly when the bandage is removed. He keeps trying to lick it, which seems to bother him. What are the next steps to ensure proper healing and prevent infection?
