My 6-month-old dog, Chauncey, who weighs 20 pounds, chewed on a dead rat that my cat killed about 30 minutes ago. He has not vomited yet and is up to date on all his shots. What should I do?

My dog, Indy, who will be 10 soon, has started squinting in her right eye and I see a cloudy spot. She has no known allergies and was recently attacked by a deer. What should I do to prevent this from getting worse?

My 1-year-and-3-month-old chocolate Labrador, named Billy, is not eating, looks tired, and doesn't have much energy. He doesn't seem to be in pain, his breathing is normal, and there are no visible wounds or sores. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My Yorkshire Terrier, aged 15, has been vomiting and recently had white tiny worms in his stool, despite being on Nexgard and Heartgard. He's also on a new diet of cooked lean ground beef, carrots, brown rice, and hard boiled eggs, with probiotics and plant-based vitamins. He's eating well and more active, but sometimes doesn't poop as much as before. Should I be concerned about the worms and his new diet?

We have a 16-month-old Borzoi named Sequoia with congenital heart defects including mitral and tricuspid dysplasia and a septal defect, with a 5 of 6 heart murmur. We started him on Vetmedin 3 1/2 weeks ago, but it seems to be making him worse, with increased heart rate, more panting, and needing to lie down during walks. We've heard Vetmedin hasn't been proven safe for congenital defects, and we're wondering if it's making him worse. What should we do?
