My 8-year-old female spayed Rottweiler began violently vomiting 2 days ago. I took her to the vet yesterday who administered an antibiotic shot and a vomiting shot. This morning, I took her again for blood tests, urine tests, and a stool test, all of which came back normal. She is still suffering from labored breathing, lethargy, and has not eaten for 2 days. She is in distress. What should I do?
