My 8-year-old female spayed Rottweiler began violently vomiting 2 days ago. I took her to the vet yesterday who administered an antibiotic shot and a vomiting shot. This morning, I took her again for blood tests, urine tests, and a stool test, all of which came back normal. She is still suffering from labored breathing, lethargy, and has not eaten for 2 days. She is in distress. What should I do?

A 12-year-old Golden-GSD male dog is experiencing sudden-onset pain all over, including joints and neck. Despite negative Lyme tests, normal bloodwork, and normal urinalysis, an x-ray shows a mass in the chest. The vet has prescribed Tramadol and Doxycycline, but the dog's condition has not improved.
