My 6-month-old Shiba Inu, Apollo, has been panting a lot for a few weeks now, even though he didn't use to pant much. He is still acting normal but is more hyper and destructive while I'm at work. There is no cough, just constant panting. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Tinkerbell, has been in heat, humping me a lot, unable to be outside much, won't eat today, and acts a little sad. She had all vaccinations last month and gets a vitamin daily. What could be causing this and what can I do to help her?
