My 6-year-old male neutered boxer has had blood in his urine twice in the last 3 months. Antibiotics clear the visible blood, but microscopic blood remains. Ultrasound and x-ray show no stones, and a sterile culture shows no bacteria. The vet recommends blood work and a referral to a specialist. What should I do?

My dog (Kona) had a bowel movement in his kennel, which is unusual for him. After cleaning him up, he had another bowel movement outside about 30 minutes later, which contained blood (on 9-17). Now (on 9-18), he had a bit more blood but more stool. I also have a 5-month-old puppy. What could be the issue?

I have a 6-year-old Labrador with dilated eyes that have been noticed for about 6 weeks. She has had seizures in the past but none in the past 9-12 months. Her pupils constrict when exposed to light, but she seems a little different lately. What could this mean?

My dog, Sasha, had IVDD surgery in April with a hemolaminectomy at T13-L3 and a disc extrusion at L5-L6. She has been on strict crate rest and physical therapy since then. Recently, her balance has worsened, her rear legs are giving out, and she is dragging her left rear leg more. Could this be due to the remaining hemorrhage area that the surgeon did not fully remove, or is it more likely related to muscle loss from the extensive crating and weight loss?
