What papers do I need for my dog to fly with me?

My dog (Kona) had a bowel movement in his kennel, which is unusual for him. After cleaning him up, he had another bowel movement outside about 30 minutes later, which contained blood (on 9-17). Now (on 9-18), he had a bit more blood but more stool. I also have a 5-month-old puppy. What could be the issue?

I have a 6-year-old Labrador with dilated eyes that have been noticed for about 6 weeks. She has had seizures in the past but none in the past 9-12 months. Her pupils constrict when exposed to light, but she seems a little different lately. What could this mean?

My dog, Sasha, had IVDD surgery in April with a hemolaminectomy at T13-L3 and a disc extrusion at L5-L6. She has been on strict crate rest and physical therapy since then. Recently, her balance has worsened, her rear legs are giving out, and she is dragging her left rear leg more. Could this be due to the remaining hemorrhage area that the surgeon did not fully remove, or is it more likely related to muscle loss from the extensive crating and weight loss?

My dog started vomiting yesterday and is very quiet. He hasn't shown any signs of diarrhea yet, and there is parvo virus in the area, but my dog has had no contact and doesn't go out the front of the house. What could be causing this and what should I do?
