My dog started vomiting yesterday and is very quiet. He hasn't shown any signs of diarrhea yet, and there is parvo virus in the area, but my dog has had no contact and doesn't go out the front of the house. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have 2 dogs, and one has a skin issue that is black and scabby. We took her to the vet a year ago, who diagnosed it as a skin infection and prescribed antibiotics and shampoo, but the condition hasn't improved. She scratches a lot, has gained weight, eats very little, and drinks water but is mostly lethargic and refuses to go out unless necessary. What else can we try to help her?

I have an 8-year-old female Bernese mix with two soft bumps on her coat, one near her rear and the other on her front leg. She shows no signs of discomfort or pain, but I'm unsure what these bumps are and what I should do about them. Can you provide some guidance?

Just a follow up on my previous question, I told my husband that you suggested Pepto Bismol. He wasn't happy with the reply. Do you think that an upset stomach would cause Lucy to be scared?

I have a cavalier mix dog who was suspected of having spinal meningitis last year due to neck pain and lethargy, but no definitive signs were found. He responded to treatment and returned to normal. A month ago, he had trouble walking and a high fever, with low platelets and a mild positive test for Rocky Mountain spotted tick fever. After three weeks of doxycycline treatment, his platelet count remained unchanged. His neurologist now suspects an internal issue and referred him to an internal specialist, but the appointment is in 10 days. What could be causing his symptoms, and what should I look for in his lab results?
