My 6-year-old Shih Tzu mix, Sadie, is experiencing lethargy, shivering, and loud breathing like a stuffy nose. She has been like this for about 24 hours and is eating fine. Sadie has a heart murmur and we have 3 new puppies that we've had for 10 days, which were checked and cleared by a vet before we brought them home. Could the puppies be carrying an upper respiratory virus that is affecting Sadie?
