My dog had a neuter due to an enlarged testicle with seminomas. The surgeon noticed enlarged lymph nodes and performed a Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA), which was inconclusive. I'm concerned about potential metastasis and whether a two-view X-ray is sufficient for checking for metastasis. Should I go back for a three-view X-ray, and if the lymph node aspirate comes back negative, is the third X-ray still necessary?
