I have a 13-year-old overweight Chihuahua named Taco who has been lethargic, mopy, and not eating or drinking for the last two days. He barks half-yelps like he's in pain and walks very stiffly. His stomach seems more swollen. What could be wrong and what should I do?

My dog, North, is limping and won't put any weight on his front right paw. He didn't yelp or show any signs of injury before this started about an hour ago. He was playing with another dog earlier today but was walking and running normally until he came inside. Does anything look different with his legs/feet? Is there anything else the vet should know before I connect with them?
