He has not vomited yet, but we gave him a couple of tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide about 3 minutes before contacting you. What should we do and what should we monitor for?

We have a 5-year-old Rottweiler female named Raven who was prescribed meloxicam for a leg injury. Since midnight, she has been vomiting and pooping red blood, sometimes mixed with mucus and liquid. She is still active but laying down more. We called the vet, but the situation has not improved. What should we do to help her?
