My dog is chattering his teeth and is cool under his leg pits and paw pads. He recently had bilateral entropion surgery and is on gabapentin, cephlexin, and prednisone. He's 3 years old, 140lbs, and a bullmastiff male neutered. What could be causing the teeth chattering and how should I address it?

We have a 5-year-old Rottweiler female named Raven who was prescribed meloxicam for a leg injury. Since midnight, she has been vomiting and pooping red blood, sometimes mixed with mucus and liquid. My dog, Pete, has congestive heart failure due to tricuspid valve dysplasia. He started on Furosemide and Pimobendan yesterday. Today, his left hind leg is swollen and he's having trouble walking. There's no wound on his foot, and the swelling seems to be more around the knee area. He's also been anemic and taking omeprazole for a month to prevent GI bleeding. What could be causing the swelling and difficulty walking, and what should I do?
