My 7-year-old Golden Retriever has developed dermatitis on his neck and behind his ears. The affected areas are scaly like dandruff, and if removed, create red, bloody spots. He has developed a body odor, and I am concerned about it spreading. I bathe him every two weeks and clean his ears weekly, but I am unsure if this is too often.
