My 7-year-old Min-pin mix, Gypsy, has been experiencing labored breathing, diarrhea, and a cough after drinking. She was on antibiotics and is now on prednisone. She was exposed to COVID on 12/17 and started vomiting and diarrhea on 12/27, which has now shifted to a respiratory issue. She has had an x-ray, bloodwork, and stool sample, all of which came back normal. She was given fluids, cerenia, convenia, and now prednisone and zofran. Her breathing is better since she had water and has cooled down some. What could be causing her symptoms, and what can I do to help her tonight?

A Maltese Shih Tzu mix weighing 16lbs consumed burnt contents from a grill, including Apple BBQ smoking chips and possibly some aluminum foil, last night at about 9pm. She has since pooped black stuff and thrown up black pieces of burnt stuff and aluminum foil. What should be done to help her, and when should she be taken to a veterinarian?
