My 7-year-old pug, Pickles, has been having diarrhea for the past few days and was vomiting a few days prior. The vomit contained food, and the diarrhea was liquid, brown, and had pieces in it. Pickles has been eating fine and recently had a check-up. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to help her?

My dog, Thrax (3 years old, 47 pounds), ate a 6-inch piece of a leather belt a week ago and has had diarrhea since yesterday. He has also been given new digestive and calming treats (2 today, 4 yesterday). I haven't seen the belt pass and am worried it might be causing the issue. What should I do?
