Our 13-year-old Rat Terrier, Bosco, is throwing up blackish bile and has not eaten today. He has a tooth removal scheduled for an abscessed back tooth. He has been drinking water and small amounts of coconut water. He has vomited grass and may have eaten cat poop. What could be causing this and what should we do?
