Last night, I noticed a bulging 'jelly' feeling bulge at the suture site, which is not painful and feels loose. What could this bulge be, such as inflammation, developing scar tissue, or something else?

Our dog, Fritzie, has been diagnosed with Cushing's Disease, a tumor that can be in two different places (pituitary gland or adrenal gland) and can be cancerous or benign. We live in Alaska where there are no specialists for this condition. My questions are: 1. Any input on Cushing's Disease? 2. A referral to a vet in Southern Indiana, Northern Kentucky, or Eastern Illinois that specializes in Cushing's Disease.

My two geriatric dogs, Jeb (17 years old) and Binkly (13 years old), have difficulty walking when they wake up after sleeping for a long time.
