I found a dog outside yesterday. Her nipples are enlarged and her vulva is too. I can't tell if she just recently gave birth or is pregnant. Is there a way to tell? She is not leaking milk. Thank you.

My dog, a golden retriever, has developed a problem with his right inner eyelid, which I believe is known as cherry eye. Should treatment be with a specialist or with my local veterinary surgeon? The vet suggested an MRI scan, which I'm unsure is necessary.

My 11-year-old spayed female Harlequin Great Dane, Drizzle, has been unsteady with her rear legs since January of last year. X-rays showed no arthritis or bone problems, and my vet ruled out wobblers. She suggested her nerves are misfiring. Drizzle shows no pain and no medication is administered. The unsteadiness has slightly worsened this year. What are the possible causes, and what less costly diagnostic measures can be taken before considering an MRI?
