My 8-week-old puppy, Romeo, has ear mites. I noticed dark, bumpy ear wax and he seems to be bothered by his ears at night. I have Posatex and TrizUltra + Keto on hand but am unsure if they are safe or effective for treating ear mites in puppies. Additionally, I have a 4-year-old dog on Simpartica. Do I need to treat him as well? Should I clean and switch bedding like with lice? What is the recommended treatment for ear mites in puppies?

My 100-pound Old English Sheepdog has very bad breath with excessive plaque buildup, which seems to seep out through his skin.
