My 7-month-old dog, Alfie, has been sniffly all day and is panting a lot, shadowing me, and feeling trembly at times. His respirations are much faster than normal. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog has not eaten for three days, has had diarrhea, drank some water, and vomited after eating cooked chicken. She is lively but not normal, and her tummy rumbled a lot three days ago. She also ripped apart a toy but has never eaten stuffing before. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?
