My dog, a Yorkshire/Maltese mix named October, ate about 5 pieces of Hershey milk chocolate kisses around 11/12 pm today. She has been dry heaving but no vomit has come up. She weighs 7lbs and is 6 years old. What should I do?

My Lhasa Apso mix, Luna, has been vomiting for the past week. She has been lethargic at times and completely fine at other times. She has been drinking water and eating but not holding anything down. Sometimes the vomit contains food, other times it looks like bile. Her stools have been a little loose but that's normal for her. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Cooper, occasionally makes a half-coughing and grunting noise, but then is fine after. The coughing is sporadic and doesn't last long, maybe 1-2 times a day at most. She had tested positive for heartworm but has finished her meds. Should I be concerned and take her to the ER, or wait until my vet appointment on the 7th?
