My 9-month-old Airedale Terrier ate a third of my husband's credit card this morning. She seems fine, eating and drinking normally, but I'm worried because she had surgery two months ago for eating a sock. Should this pass out in her stool, and how long should I expect it to take?

My dog, Cooper, a 5-year-old red tick coon hound, has an infection on his lip and lower jaw. The infection was noticed today, and he has been play fighting with a puppy that has caused small nipping wounds all over his face. Cooper is eating and drinking but not as much as normal, and there is redness and noticeable swelling in the affected area. He is also scratching his bottom jaw, which is covered in tiny scabs.
