My dog Chester, a pug born in January, has been suffering from terrible dry skin and has developed abrasions and cuts on his tail, which is also bleeding. He has been licking and biting his tail, paws, and thighs. Chester is not on any flea or tick preventatives, and I bathe him twice a week.
