My dog has been vomiting for the past 2 days, with varying vomit colors and textures. He has also been lethargic, eating less, and showing signs of nausea like lip licking. What can I do to help him feel better until I can take him to a vet?

I have an 18-month-old rescue cocker spaniel. We've had him for 4 months, and he still has issues with food, eating anything and often getting ill (vomiting and loose feces). We've tried different foods, but nothing seems to help. He's also aggressive when he gets food not given by us. What should we do to address his food-related issues and aggression?

Our Frenchie has been vomiting every 3-5 days for the past 2 weeks. He has been on a maintenance, low-fat diet of non-fat cottage cheese and rice. He has been diagnosed with possible colitis and pancreatitis, and has been tested for obstructions, which were not present. He was doing well on the maintenance diet but vomited again when we tried to transition him back to his regular food. He has also been congested, his vomit sometimes smells acrid and has mucus, and he licks his feet after meals. What could be causing these issues and what should we do for him?
