My black lab, Venus, has severe flea infestation and is bleeding. She spent the last two weeks at my sister's house where her cats and house are also infested with fleas. I brought her home Thursday night and gave her a flea bath and applied drops on her neck. She won't eat and is very restless, but drinks more than normal. What should I do to help her?

My Shih Tzu, Rex, is vomiting white foam. He is 10 years old and has been eating the same food. There are no pre-existing medical conditions, and he started vomiting tonight. He is feeling better and running around happily. Is he hacking and gagging, and what should I do?

Jake, a 130-pound Great Pyrenees (9 years old), had TPLO surgery for a torn cranial cruciate ligament a couple of months ago. He is still limping but improving. He is currently on gabapentin 400 mg twice daily and was previously on Deramaxx. He has now started limping on his foreleg, and his 'wrist' joint appears more swollen on the side he is limping. Should I resume giving him Deramaxx to minimize discomfort?

My dog is shaking uncontrollably, has dark spots similar to a scabbed over rash on her stomach, a pimple-like bump near her neck, and has pain around her neck, making it hard for her to jump or go down stairs. She also yelped when touched on the back of her neck. What could this be, and is it recommended that I go to the vet or is there something I can do for her at home?
