We have an older (14 years) mixed breed large dog who is suddenly lethargic, not moving well, not wanting to eat or drink, with irregular breathing and occasional stomach spasms. She also seems to be in pain and has a history of skin issues, allergies, gingivitis, and a bad smell. What could be causing these symptoms and what should we do?
