My cat Momo is lethargic, has a sunken stomach, missed the litter box, peed on herself, refuses to eat or drink, and is vomiting only spit. She is wobbly, stands in one spot for minutes, and is completely limp when picked up. What could be wrong and what should I do?

I have a French Bulldog puppy named Nova who had her parvo shot on Tuesday. She woke up this morning with a stuffy nose and yellow mucus discharge. She has been licking her nose when it runs and is playful with an appetite. Could this be related to her being cold, or is it something else?
