My dog grabbed something off the ground on our walk. It looked like a piece of ginger, an onion, or something like bok choy. It seemed to have been there for at least a day or two. This morning, after eating, she immediately threw up her food before it was even digested, but hasn't thrown up since. She also threw up bile yesterday morning. What could be causing this and what should I do?
