My Dalmatian, a 4-year-old female, frequently 'looks up' and seems to do this more when around my husband and myself. She is in great health and well-behaved, but I'm concerned if this behavior indicates anxiety, nervousness, or possibly tinnitus. Should I be concerned, and what can I do to understand and address this behavior?

In recent x-rays done on our Pomeranian for back problems, it showed an enlarged heart and liver. What causes these conditions and how are they treated? Can an enlarged heart be cured or returned to normal?

My 4-month-old puppy has welts all over his body and his face is swollen. He is scratching, but otherwise seems like himself. Can I give him Benadryl since the vet doesn't open for another 2 hours?
